Biologique Recherche

I’ve been using Biologique Recherche skincare for the past five years and am so excited to share more about it with you! If you aren’t familiar with Biologique Recherche, it is a French skincare line that started in the 1970s and has a cult like following. They are best known for their exfoliating toner called P50. This is truly a desert island product for me and definitely deserves its loyal following!

I started using their products prior to our wedding because my skin was in a terrible place. Using the line consistently completely transformed my skin and I’ve never strayed from using their products since! I love using a whole system and going to a facialist that specializes in their products and treatments (I see Camille Fields here in LA). Their products truly work wonders and I see an immediate difference when I use them.

Their products have previously been hard to get—you had to buy through a facialist or spa that carries it—but they recently launched their own website and shop for you to purchase directly from them! My favorite part of the site is that they have a tool for you to connect with one of their skincare specialists for a 15-minute call to get your personalized routine, ask questions and learn more about the products. The best part is that it’s not all or nothing—you’ll see a huge difference even if you only use one of their products to start. Their products are definitely an investment, but they truly work and produce amazing results.

If you don’t have a facialist that specializes in Biologique Recherche, I highly highly recommend trying out MyBR to meet with a skin specialist and get your own personalized routine. They listen to your needs and develop a personalized plan for you and your skin. Even though I already had a routine, my skin specialist changed the cleanser I was using, added a new day time moisturizer and introduced a few serums to help with aging and fine lines.

AM Routine:
- Cleanse with Lait U
- Exfoliate / tone with Lotion P50
- Twice a week I use Masque Vivant
- Serum A-Glyca
- Elastine Serum
- Moisturize with Emulsion Gel Biosensible S.R.
- Sunscreen

PM Routine:
- Cleanse with Lait U
- Exfoliate / tone with Lotion P50
- Liposmose Serum around eyes
- Serum A-Glyca
- Elastine Serum
- Moisturize and treat with Creme Dermopurifante
