June Favorites

Apologies for the silence on here lately! Between work being busy and moving out of our house for skim coating and painting(!!!), I’ve been a bit MIA. But I couldn’t resist popping back in to share my favorites from the month of June…

ZARA GINGHAM TOTE BAG

I bought this tote in two colors (blue and black) and it’s my favorite bag. It’s super roomy, but also folds up nicely. I can carry so much in here and it’s become my go to bag for schlepping fabric samples or taking to the beach. FYI it’s currently on sale and probably won’t be available for much longer!

MARKET UMBRELLA

We’ve been spending a ton of time outside and I’m so happy with this umbrella we got. We didn’t want to spend a ton of money and are really happy with the quality of it for the price. Here is the simple base we got for it.

FLAMINGO LIGHT HYDRATING SPRAY

I am such a huge fan of Flamingo’s lotions and was so excited when they sent me this one to try. It’s perfect for summer—super easy to apply, lightweight and dries quickly! I also can’t get enough of the scent.

everlane a-line denim shorts

Shopping for shorts seems to be quite difficult so I turned to Everlane since I love their jeans so much. These shorts had very mixed reviews, but I love them! They’re high-waisted and not too short, with a little bit of a flared leg. I ordered a size 25 (usually a 26 in their jeans).

VELCRO GARDEN TIES

These are a small, but very useful thing if you are also getting into gardening! I use these to tie up my plants to supports and I love that you can keep using them over and over.

Jenni kayne raffia sandal

Pretty sure there’s never been a more summer sandal than these raffia slides! Use code ALEX15 for 15% off your Jenni Kayne purchase.

CEREMONIA PEQUI CURL ACTIVATOR

I now own nearly every product from Ceremonia and am obsessed with them all! They work so well for curly hair and help keep my curls smooth and hydrated, without getting crunchy. I’m especially fond of this cream serum, which I use to style my hair and then let it air dry.
