August Favorites
I can’t believe it’s the end of August! Where did the summer go?! Moving seemed to take up so much of our time, but luckily it goes through the end of September and even longer here in LA! Here are some of my favorite purchases from the month of August…
LESET POINTELLE TEE
This may be my favorite purchase of the month! I’ve become obsessed with fitted tees (they pair so perfectly with all my high-waisted jeans) and I love the feminine details of this particular one. Pointelle is such a pretty fabric with delicate eyelet details.
BEAUTYCOUNTER COUNTER+ VITAMIN C SERUM
I really like using vitamin C treatments for brightening my skin and was excited to try this one from Beautycounter. I use this every morning before I apply my moisturizer and it immediately brightens my skin. I love that it also helps protect against environmental stressors.
AD AT 100 BOOK
This book has been high on my wishlist for a looong time and I finally got it as a belated birthday gift! I’ve just started to dig into it and already know it’s going to be a huge source of inspiration for me. I love that it covers interiors & homes from the last 100 years vs. only showing more recent homes!
ELLO WATER BOTTLE
I love a “straw cup” to help me drink more water throughout the day. Since moving to LA, I needed a new one and got this one from Target after seeing it on someone’s story. It comes in a bunch of colors and is much more affordable than similar options from YETI, etc. I also love that you can take the straw out and use the slider top for other types of drinks like coffee.
JENNI KAYNE CASHMERE COCOON CARDIGAN
This cardigan has been on my wishlist for awhile and I finally got it this month. It’s an investment piece for sure, but I have pretty much worn it every single day since I got it, and I know I’ll be wearing it for years to come. SLIP SILK SLIM SCRUNCHIES
I lost my favorite scrunchie earlier this month and bought a pack of these slim silk scrunchies and am obsessed! They’re so comfortable and I don’t mind wearing them on my wrist because they look so nice and polished.
