An Update

Just popping in for a brief update on the situation here in NYC - we are without power as we live in lower Manhattan but have moved uptown to my mom's apartment where she has power. Hopefully we will have power at our apartment over the weekend.

Being from New Jersey and vacationing down the shore, and now living in NYC in the affected area, I cannot bring myself to blog about anything else right now as it feels so superficial. When things have returned to normal in our daily lives you can expect the same for the blog. I hope you are all safe and well - please send your thoughts to those most affected by the storm.
